Sales / Account Management / Business Development
Account Manager and Authorized Reseller Support Specialist

As Account Manager and Authorized Reseller Support Specialist you will:

- Manage a portfolio of existing "big box" authorized reseller accounts
- Provide product support by phone and email
- Maintain online product content
- Prepare product trainings and marketing collateral for your accounts
- Monitor inventory supply levels
- Administer pricing changes and adjustments to product listings
- Update customer account information in the SAGE ERP database
- Produce routine and special reports
- Conduct routine and special account and product-by-product analysis
- Facilitate new business development opportunities
- Travel to meet with distributors on occasion (all travel paid)
- Provide overflow support to the Sales Team
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise
- Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- At least 5 years of Sales, Business Development, Account Management or similar
- Experience servicing big box retail accounts (Costco, Home Depot, Target, etc.) and/or Authorized Resellers
- A Bachelor's Degree
