Customer Support / Administrative / Data Entry
Administrative Customer Support Specialist
Service Department

As Administrative Customer Support Specialist, you will:

- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse and Field Support Teams
- Support customers throughout each project's lifecycle
- Assist with scheduling processes
- Track labor hours and material costs
- Prepare customer billings and supporting documentation
- Monitor the status of open orders
- Administer change order requests
- Manage special projects

Up to $22.00 per hour plus full company-sponsored benefits

An ideal candidate profile will include:

- At least 3 years of Administrative office experience
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Accurate Data Entry skills
- A valid Driver's License

+++ Service Department experience
+++ Appointment setting and/or scheduling experience
+++ Mechanical aptitude
+++ Dispatching experience
+++ An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
