Consulting / Transaction Advisory Services
Valuation and Due Diligence Specialist
Up to $125,000 to start plus annual bonus and outstanding company-sponsored benefits

As a Transaction Advisory Consultant, part of the Valuation and Due Diligence Team, your job duties and responsibilities will include:

- Advising on buy-side and sell-side transactions
- Performing financial due diligence on middle market companies
- Aggregating, manipulating and analyzing target company data to identify and project:
> Financial and operating trends
> Quality of earnings
> Working capital considerations
> Potential liabilities and risks

Additional duties include:

- Maximizing opportunities and while minimizing risks related to M & A ( Mergers and Acquisitions ) activity
- Providing clients with recommendations in the context of valuation and deal structuring alternatives
- Developing and proposing creative solutions for clients
- Interfacing with senior executives of clients and target companies
- Interacting and networking with attorneys, lenders and investment bankers
- Managing and prioritizing team responsibilities and proactively consulting with Managers, Directors and Partners
- Working on multiple projects of varying size and complexity simultaneously
- Developing relationships with current and prospective clients
- Identifying market opportunities and articulating the Company's value proposition to current and prospective clients
- Onboarding, training and supervising Associates
- Performing other duties and assisting with special projects as necessary

An ideal candidate profile will include the following experience:

- At least three years of experience with transaction valuation or other advisory services relating to Mergers and Acquisitions, Roll Ups, Buy Outs or similar corporate financial engagements
