As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be initially assigned to drive revenue and sales within 'Team Territories,' where you will work collaboratively with the team to service and grow existing accounts.

Your job duties and responsibilities will include:

- Learning about the suite of customized fluid system products and solutions offered by the Company
- Expanding the product mix used at specific accounts within the territory
- Selling new commercialized products, custom solutions and additional services to new and existing customers
- Diligently responding to sales inquiries and sales leads generated by marketing initiatives and the Customer Service Department
- Reaching-out to new and existing accounts via phone and email
- Expanding the 'qualified contact' base
- Harmonizing your sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, product launches, promotions, advertising and exhibitions
- Attending and making presentations during web-based client meetings
- Negotiating with clients to create sustainable and profitable business relationships
- Logging your customer interactions and sales activities in the Company system
- Producing and analyzing reports
- Attending training sessions and seminars to progressively develop and maintain your industry knowledge
- Building a strong sales pipeline to drive business success

An ideal candidate profile will include the following experience:

- At least two years of sales experience

In addition to the following qualifications:

- Advanced mechanical aptitude
- A comfort and proficiency with numbers and math [computations, ratios, percentages, measurements, decimals, graphs, etc.]
- Experience using a Customer Relationship Management [CRM] system/database
- Above-average overall computer proficiency
- Advanced communication and phone skills
- Relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Negotiation and persuasion skills
- Presentation and follow-up skills
- The desire to drive revenue and contribute to team objectives

+++ Sales experience from a company that sells mechanical, industrial or engineered products/solutions

+++ A Bachelor's Degree, especially in Business or a mechanically-oriented discipline

+++ Experience using an SAP B1 system

Our client designs, manufactures and delivers an expanding range of high quality fluid system products and solutions.

In this role, you will start with a base salary of up to $60,000. As you learn the business and build a list of clients, you will gradually transition into a base plus commission compensation structure. The specific terms of this arrangement will be mutually agreed upon by you and your employer.
