Compensation and Benefits Specialist
Up to $65,000 to start plus outstanding company-sponsored benefits

As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist within the Human Resources Department, your job duties and responsibilities will include:

- Supporting and assisting with the evaluation and administration of compensation and benefit programs
- Serving as a resource for the HR Department and for all Company employees
- Responding to Department and employee inquiries about wages, compensation, benefit and pension or retirement-related matters
- Tracking and evaluating wage statistics and completing salary surveys
- Preparing communications for annual benefit enrollments and new hire onboarding
- Updating policy enrollment information
- Evaluating benefit plans and the vendors who provide them
- Reviewing defined benefit plan reports
- Processing weekly payments for benefits providers
- Conducting reviews of benefits enrollments and payroll information across multiple databases
- Preparing compliance-related submissions
- Identifying process improvement opportunities
- Maintaining accurate records in the Human Resource Information Systems [HRIS]
- Assisting with special projects as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include the following experience:

- At least three years of Benefits, Compensation and/or relevant HR experience
- A Bachelor's Degree [Any Major]
