Compensation and Benefits Analyst
Up to $65,000 to start plus outstanding company-sponsored benefits

As a Compensation and Benefits Analyst within Human Resources, you will support and assist with the analysis and administration of:

- Wages
- Total Employee Compensation Packages
- Health and Welfare Benefits (Medical, Dental, Disability, etc.)
- Defined Benefits (Pension, Retirement)

Plus, in addition to serving as a resource for the HR Department, you will also serve ALL your fellow employees by:

- Responding to inquiries (HR or Employee) regarding wages, compensation, benefit and pension or retirement-related matters
- Performing duty evaluations, tracking hourly wage progression and completing salary surveys
- Preparing detailed and informative communications for annual benefit enrollments and new hire on boarding
- Updating enrollment information
- Monitoring and analyzing benefit plans and the vendors who provide them
- Reviewing all defined benefit plan financial reporting
- Processing weekly plan funding
- Conducting periodic audits of all enrollments and payroll deductions across multiple benefit systems
- Assisting with the compilation of data and documentation for compliance-related submissions
- Identifying process improvement opportunities
- Ensuring the integrity of Human Resource Information Systems [HRIS]
- Assisting with special projects as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include the following experience:

- At least one year of Benefits and/or Compensation Analyst experience
- A Bachelor's Degree [Any Major]
