IT Division Manager
Up to $100,000 to start
Southwest Suburbs - Lisle Area

As IT Manager, you will support a Regional Division of approximately 30 people and your job duties and responsibilities will include:

- Providing Enterprise Resource Planning [ERP], application and systems support across multiple locations and facilities
- Managing the Wide-Area-Network connecting multiple foreign and domestic data sites and several remote servers
- Providing computer, desktop and end user software support for local employees
- Being responsible for major system updates / upgrades
- Implementing and administering a new version of the Macola Enterprise Resource Planning [ERP] system
- Managing the implementation and administration of a new Electronic Data Interchange [EDI] system
- Managing local and remote IT project lists, prioritizing accordingly
- Developing a plan for new IT capital expenditures
- Conducting system audits for new technologies
- Recommending new and improved IT strategies, policies and procedures
- Corresponding with hardware and software vendors
- Liaising with other Company Divisions to facilitate cooperation
- Determining staffing and contract labor requirements
- Supervising contract employees involved in website implementation and application development
- Performing business analysis and generating reports
- Providing training to colleagues as necessary
- Providing advanced network and communication support for other Divisions
- Serving as an on-call resource during emergencies
- Ensuring system and reporting compliance
- Performing other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include the following experience

- At least five years of related IT experience

- At least two years of IT experience from a manufacturing environment

- Experience with Manufacturing Enterprise Resource Planning [ERP] systems

- SQL and Web Development skills

- A Bachelor's Degree
